Bermudian Arthur Morris qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nova Scotia in 1960. He is a graduate of St. Andrew's College, Ontario. Canada. Arthur has been in public practice since 1961, and is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bermuda.
Arthur has extensive public practice experience, including responsibility for a great variety of international and local clients, and has led our firm as correspondent member of a group of international accounting firms with global reach. His interests in practices both in the Turks and Caicos Islands and in Bermuda have permitted Arthur to develope reknowned expertise in offshore financial services. Arthur acts as director of or trustee to numerous international clients. |

Dudley qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts in England and Wales in 1975, following training in London with Hill Vellaccot, Britain's oldest firm of chartered accountants. In 1977, he emigrated to Bermuda to join Arthur Morris with particular responsibility for the service of offshore clients. Dudley's many years in public practice have afforded him a wide range of experience in providing specialised services to our clients. Dudley has frequently acted as director of or trustee to a diverse group of major clients. Along with Arthur Morris, Dudley is a partner in public accountancy practices located both in the Turks and Caicos Islands and Bermuda. Dudley is a director of several publicly listed companies and is the chairman of the Listing Committee of the Bermuda Stock Exchange. |
